REIKI HEALING SESSIONS
Reiki is an ancient form of Japanese energy healing. Made up of two words: Rei and Ki meaning “Universe or Source” and “life force energy”. Simply put, reiki means divinely guided life force energy. It is a technique that promotes healing, for all of the bodies: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual/energetic. This highly versatile method can be utilized for almost any need. Including but not limited to: physical pain, healing and recovery, emotional issues and situations of all kinds, spiritual development and energetic stabilization and healing. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of energetic healing and spiritual self-improvement that everyone can use. It has recently been accepted in the medical community as an effective method to assist with virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques and can help relieve side effects and promote recovery. Using crystals in a Reiki session can help amplify and anchor the healing that takes place. Crystals have been used for centuries as tools for healing and protection. Each crystal has its own unique property and frequency. Crystal Reiki combines the natural properties of crystals with channeling of Universal life force. This powerful technique promotes the maximum amount of balance and alignment to your wellbeing while infusing your system with renewed vitality, focus, and energy.
REIKI HEALING - 1 HOUR
In-person or Distance session: 1 hour - $100
This is a respectful touch session.
We will begin this session with a conversation designed to help you set your own personal intention for the energetic healing. With the use of breathwork, ambient frequencies and crystal sound bowls I will assist you to drop into a relaxed meditative state. I will then ground your energy and begin intuitively channeling Universal life force energy for you and your chosen intention. I will deliver it to wherever it is needed in your bodies with light respectful touch. I will clear any energies that have been released with smudge of sacred sprays. Then I will reinforce your personal field with a Divinely chosen and channeled frequency. Once completed I will slowly and gently bring you back to your full awareness. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and peaceful.
REIKI HEALING - 90 MINUTES
In-person or Distance session: 90 minutes - $150
This is a respectful touch session.
This session follows the same flow as a 1 hour Reiki session. 90 minutes allows more time for energy to be channeled for healing purposes.
We will begin this session with a conversation designed to help you set your own personal intention for the energetic healing. With the use of breathwork, ambient frequencies and crystal sound bowls I will assist you to drop into a relaxed meditative state. I will then ground your energy and begin intuitively channeling Universal life force energy for you and your chosen intention. I will deliver it to wherever it is needed in your bodies with light respectful touch. I will clear any energies that have been released with smudge of sacred sprays. Then I will reinforce your personal field with a Divinely chosen and channeled frequency. Once completed I will slowly and gently bring you back to your full awareness. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and peaceful.
CRYSTAL REIKI - 1 HOUR
In-person session: 1 hour - $110
This is a respectful touch session.
We will begin this session with a conversation designed to help you set your own personal intention for the energetic healing. With the use of breathwork, ambient frequencies and crystal sound bowls I will assist you to drop into a relaxed meditative state. I will intuitively choose crystals to be placed on or around your body. I will then ground your energy and begin channeling Universal life force energy for you and your chosen intention. I will deliver it to wherever it is needed in your bodies with light respectful touch. Utilizing other crystals at handheld tools to remove, assist or reinforce energy as needed. I will clear any energies that have been released with smudge of sacred sprays. Gently removing any placed crystals, I will then reinforce your personal field with a Divinely chosen and channeled frequency. Once completed I will slowly and gently bring you back to your full awareness. You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and peaceful.
